We ship our products within Cyprus via Akis Express or ACS courier to all cities within 3 working days from the day we dispatch your order
We offer two methods for your orders delivered to you
- Free of charge Pick-Up at any Hyper Boutique and listed Pick-Up points
- Free of charge door to door delivery on all orders above €100
∙Otherwise a €5.95 will be charged on your order if you choose the door to door service without exceeding the minimum of €100
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
We ship our products abroad with EMS Datapost courier.
- For shipping within EU (6-7 days): 12 €
- For Rest of the world shipping (7-10 days): 18 €
NOTE: Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, any import duty, quotes, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements for which our company shall bear no liability.
- Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday
- Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination country and this is not possible to be controlled by us. In case of delay please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.
- If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
- Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
- Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
We hope you’ll love every purchase you make from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order by simply notifying us by email within 6 HOURS of placing your order. In case you have already received your goods, you must return them to us within 15 days from the day you receive your order. All expenses for the returns are paid by the customer.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you have sent it.It can usually take up to 21 working days for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in Cyprus, depending on your location and which postal service you use. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original delivery charge). The refund typically takes 5-10 working days, depending on your bank/card issuer. All goods will be inspected on return.
For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on swimwear. Swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed. For more information on the return policy, feel free to contact our customer service team. Exchanging Goods Unfortunately we are not able to offer an exchange service for your online purchases. International customers should send the products back to us, as explained in the returns policy above, and re-order your preferred item. You will be refunded for the products returned excluding shipping costs. Customers in Cyprus can exchange your purchase from any Hyper store, accompanied by your invoice as proof of purchase.
